This competitor is ruthless in increasing its market share and it takes your team working together to compete and have a chance winning.

Competitive Advantage is a challenging and competitive activity. Everyone is involved in each turn and requires critical thinking along with problem-solving strategies as you struggle to keep up with this competitor.

Competitive Advantage uses current business happenings such as social media, software viruses, oil prices and supplier IPO's to convey conditions relevant to today's organizations.

Competitive Advantage takes just over an hour to learn and play. Afterwards, a very enlightening debrief about such processes as communication, trust, teamwork and decision making with take-aways can be discussed that directly affect your group.
